Sponsorships

Important Details:

• Sponsorship opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage early commitment to secure your choice.

• You have two options to secure your sponsorship: 1) Reserve and Pay Directly: Pay immediately via credit card to finalize your sponsorship and 2) Reserve and Pay Later: Select this option if you require more time or additional documentation. You must complete your payment within 90 days of reservation.

• All payments must be settled no later than May 3, 2026.
• Upon successful completion of your payment, a PMRC representative will communicate with you directly regarding the next steps for implementing and fulfilling your sponsored benefits (e.g., logo submission, ad placement, registration, etc.).
