Join us for a panel discussion with Arnold Ventures and American University faculty exploring how funders, academics, and policymakers can work together more effectively to connect rigorous research with real-world policy change.
This conversation will examine the pathways through which evidence influences policy, the challenges of aligning academic timelines with policy windows, and the role of transparency, replication, and humility in building trust between researchers and decision-makers. Panelists will share examples of successful research-to-policy partnerships and discuss strategies for producing research that is both rigorous and responsive to pressing societal needs.
