Join us for a special event with Fran Townsend, SPA/BA ‘82, a high-ranking national security expert. Townsend served as Homeland Security Advisor to President George W. Bush from 2004–2007 and later was a contributor at CNN. She is currently president of the Counter Extremism Project, and Executive Vice President for Worldwide Government, Legal, and Business Affairs at MacAndrews and Forbes Incorporated. Townsend will share her experiences as a woman in the highest levels of her field and the road she took to get there. She will also speak on many current international and domestic issues of particular relevance.
