Key Dates:
- Early-Bird rates end April 3, 2026.
- Pre-Conference registration closes May 23, 2026.
- On-site registration is June 4-6, 2026.
PMRA Membership Requirement:
To receive the Member rate, you must register for your PMRA membership 48 hours in advance of conference registration. Please have your PMRA ID number ready.
Cancellation Policy: A $100 processing fee applies to all refunds.
- 100% Refund (minus fee) for cancellation by April 10, 2026.
- 50% Refund for cancellation between April 11 and May 13, 2026.
- No Refund after May 13, 2026, unless due to visa denial.
- All refunds will be issued starting July 15, 2026.
