We will kick off the event Thursday evening at 5pm with a guided tour of the National Press Club led by veteran newspaperman, Democratic strategist and political commentator, Robert Weiner.

6:30 pm: Dinner with WSP Faculty

Following the tour of the National Press Club, attendees are invited to meet WSP faculty for dinner and a keynote address overlooking the White House.

9:00 am: Inter-institutional Meeting 

On Friday, we will begin at 9am on the American University campus where you will meet the WSP faculty, convene with colleagues to discuss trends in experiential education, hear from internship supervisors, alumni and more! Breakfast and lunch provided.

3:00 pm: American University Campus Tour

See why AU is a national leader in sustainability! Led by the knowledgeable staff from the AU Office of Sustainability, you will see the green rooves, solar features, grey water collection and landscape planning and management that make AU one of the greenest campuses in the country.
